We will be holding our Spring Strength & Conditioning introduction for our registered incoming 9th graders. We will be introducing them to our warm up and pre work out stretching routines, the Celtic Athletics core lifts as well our post work out protocols. We will be conducting on the following date and times:
May 5th , 9th, 11th and 16th from 6-7.
We ask that the athletes report to the weight room in proper attire (Athletic shoes, shorts and t- shirt) and please bring the attached Dioceses Consent form complete to the first session.
